In the beautiful town of Santa Lucía de Tirajana we present a nice Canary Island centenary house (largely around 150 years old), with a built area of about 60 m2 and a roofed terrace, a partly covered and a partly open terrace of about 30 m2.

The Villa of Santa Lucía de Tirajana is about 30 minutes by car along a winding road inland of the island from Vecindario. The town has all basic services and the Global bus No. 34 is the one that serves Santa Lucía, whether toward the coast or toward San Bartolomé de Tirajana.

The old part of the dwelling consists of a large space with thick stone walls, tall wooden double doors and a high ancient tiled roof with three slopes. Inside there is the bedroom and the living room, with air conditioning. A corridor in the center of the dwelling separates the old part from the newer part that has cement block walls. In the corridor we find the entrance to the house on one side and the stairs to go up to the roof on the other.

This part of the dwelling has a flat roof and is less old. It contains a separate kitchen (with four-burner hob, extractor, fridge and microwave) and a dining table with 4 chairs. The other room consists of a full bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing machine.

Fiber optic connection is possible and there is also a line for a landline.

One pet is allowed.

Access to the house is direct, public parking is in front of it or nearby. The house is furnished.

To reserve the property or formalize the rental, two monthly payments are requested: the security deposit and the first month of rent. The rental price does not include water, electricity and internet costs.
