In the beautiful town of Santa Lucía de Tirajana, we present a lovely Canarian century-old house (in large part around 150 years old), with a built area of about 60 m2 and a roof terrace, partly covered and partly open, of about 30 m2.

The town of Santa Lucía de Tirajana is located about a 30-minute drive by road along winding roads into the interior of the island from Vecindario. The town has all essential services, and the bus Global no. 34 is the one that provides service to Santa Lucía, whether heading toward the coast or toward San Bartolomé de Tirajana.

The older part of the home consists of a large space with thick stone walls, tall wooden double doors, and a high old tiled roof of Canarian tiles with three slopes. Inside, you will find the bedroom and the living room, with an air-conditioning unit. A hallway in the center of the home separates the older part from the newer part, which features concrete block walls. In the hallway, you will find the house entrance on one side and the staircase to go up to the roof terrace on the other.

This part of the home has a flat roof and is less old. It includes a separate kitchen (with a 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge, and microwave) and a dining table with 4 chairs. The other room consists of a full bathroom with a shower cubicle and a washing machine.

Fiber-optic connection is possible, and there is also a line for a landline phone.

A pet is allowed.

Access to the house is direct; public parking is located in front of it or nearby. The property is furnished.

To book the property or arrange the rental, two monthly payments are requested: the deposit month and the first month of the rental. The rental price does not include water, electricity, or internet costs.
