This bright apartment is fully furnished and ready to move into. It comprises a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a balcony.

Upon entering, you will find the kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances. Next, in an open-plan layout, is the living room, featuring an L-shaped sofa bed, a storage unit with drawers and shelving, and a television. Between the living room and the kitchen, there is a small dining area that serves as a separation between the two spaces.

From the living room, there is direct access to the balcony, equipped with a table and two chairs, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. To the left of the entrance are the two bedrooms and the bathroom.
