This apartment is bright, fully furnished, and ready to move into. It consists of a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a closed balcony.

Upon entering the apartment, we find the living room straight ahead. On the left-hand side, we have the kitchen, which is fully furnished and equipped with all electrical appliances. The living room is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa and a small table in the center. On the opposite side, a piece of furniture with drawers and cupboards for the television.

The kitchen is separated from the living room by an American-style breakfast bar with stools, adding both functionality and style to the space. From the living room, there is direct access to a closed balcony with large windows, allowing plenty of natural light to enter.

In this space, there is a small dining area with seating for four, ideal for enjoying meals and the excellent weather the island offers year-round.
