Beautiful country house, located in Pago de las Esparragueras about 15 minutes by car from Cómpeta. With beautiful views of the Sierra Almijara and a little of the Mediterranean Sea, it is known for its spaciousness and tranquillity. It is surrounded by vineyards, avocado trees, and a large garden.

Finca La Viña can accommodate 6 people and is furnished in a comfortable style. Here you will find a cosy living room with 2 sofas, satellite TV, a fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms—one with a double bed—and a bathroom with an en-suite shower, plus 2 more bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower.

Outside, there is a fully private swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace with a barbecue. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the wonderful mountain views.

Finca La Viña is located 7 km from the town of Cómpeta. Almost the entire road to the house is paved; only the last 200 m is along a well-maintained dirt track, which can be done without any problem with a normal car.

The nearest town is Cómpeta and offers several small supermarkets, a bakery, a fruit and vegetable shop, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, a medical centre, a dentist, an internet café, souvenir shops, tourist information, and much more.

€1,300 per month. Utilities, internet, and products for pool maintenance are extra.

2 months’ deposit is required, along with documentation proving sufficient income.

Visits are possible in October.
