The property is bright, has exterior windows, and is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Its layout is as follows: living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a terrace to enjoy the best sea views.

Upon entering the property, we are greeted by a bedroom equipped with a double bed, bedside table, and built-in wardrobe. In front of this bedroom, from the hallway, there is access to an independent kitchen, fully furnished and equipped with all electrical appliances.

From the hallway, we access the heart of the property: the living room, equipped with a modern sofa bed, a coffee table, and a Smart TV built into the wall. From the living room, there is access to the more spacious bedroom, equipped with two single beds, bedside tables, and a built-in wardrobe. Also from the living room, there is access to the full bathroom, which includes a toilet, washbasin, shower tray, and washing machine. Finally, through a sliding door, the living room opens onto the terrace, furnished with an outdoor table and a few chairs, ideal for enjoying the good weather and the panoramic sea views.

The complex is very well cared for and maintained, highlighting its communal swimming pool and the sunbed area that surrounds it. Around the complex, there are areas with easy parking.

Price: €1,400.00/month, including internet expenses. Water and electricity costs are included up to a maximum of €60/month (water and electricity combined).

Conditions: Economic solvency is required. One month as a security deposit, current month’s rent, and one month as professional fees + 7% IGIC.
