Just a few meters from the famous Maspalomas Dunes and Playa del Inglés. Close to all conveniences: supermarket (within the complex), public transport, restaurants (within the complex), pharmacies, etc.

This apartment is spacious and bright. It is located on the ground floor with a terrace facing the communal pool and is fully furnished and ready to move into. The apartment consists of a living room–kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a spacious balcony.

Upon entering the apartment, you find the living room–kitchen directly in front. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all electrical appliances. There is also a breakfast bar with stools separating the kitchen from the living area. The living room includes a large sofa bed on one side and a small table in the center. On the other side, there is a unit with drawers and cabinets, and a wall-mounted television.

On the right-hand side, you will find the bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom features two single beds placed together with bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe. From the bedroom, there is also access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the natural light and brightness that characterizes the apartment. Next to the bedroom is a full bathroom with toilet, sink, and a modern shower tray. Behind the bathroom door, you will also find the washing machine.

From the living room, there is access to a terrace of approximately 9 m² with a table and chairs, just a few steps from the sunbed area and the communal swimming pool.

The complex is very well maintained and features landscaped areas, a supermarket, bar-café, two swimming pools (one for children), sunbathing area (solarium), paid laundry service, and ample parking in the surrounding area.
