It features a double bed, a spacious living room, an open-plan kitchen, a beautiful terrace with sea views, fiber-optic internet, and a parking space in an underground garage.

Location:

The Libertad dos Playas Urbanization is located in a privileged area, on the first line of the Two Seas at km 16, before reaching Veneciola. It is a quiet area, but with all the necessary services close by.

It has a community gym, a padel court, and a swimming pool. The pool is normally open from mid-May to mid-October.

A few meters away—basically across the road—you’ll find the permanent beach bar “Playa Chica”.

In the Veneziola area there are small supermarkets, and a couple of km from the apartment there is a large supermarket (Spar). Tomás Maestre is just 3 km away.

Both in Veneziola and Tomás Maestre you’ll find shops, restaurants, bars, and pharmacies.

In the Tomás Maestre area there is a sports center with tennis, padel, and futbito courts, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for using and enjoying the courts and for attending the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, and Strength Training.

For arrivals between 9 pm and 12 am, it is necessary to confirm this before booking and it involves an extra fee of €30.
