Located just a few meters from the famous Maspalomas Dunes and Playa del Inglés, and close to all amenities: supermarket (within the same complex), public transport, restaurants (within the complex), pharmacies, etc.

This apartment is spacious and bright, located on the first floor with elevator access. It is fully furnished and ready to move into. The property consists of a living room with kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a large balcony.
Upon entering the apartment, directly ahead is the living room–kitchen area. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances (including a washing machine). There is also a breakfast bar with stools that separates the kitchen from the living area. The living room features a large sofa bed on one side and a small central table, while on the other side there is a wall-mounted television. From the living room, there is access to a terrace furnished with tables and chairs, overlooking the communal area.

On the right side of the apartment, you will find the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom includes a double bed, bedside tables, and a large built-in wardrobe. It also provides access to the balcony, where you can appreciate the natural light and brightness of the apartment. Adjacent to it is a fully equipped bathroom with toilet, washbasin, and a modern shower.
The complex is very well maintained and features landscaped gardens, a supermarket, bar-cafeteria, two swimming pools (one for children), a sunbathing area (solarium), paid laundry services, and ample parking in the surrounding area.

Seasonal rental price: €1,500/month (internet and water included). Electricity is included up to a limit of €50 per month.
