The apartment consists of a living room-kitchen, one bedroom, a terrace, and a bathroom.

Upon entering the apartment, there is a hallway leading directly to the living room-kitchen area. The living room features a sofa bed, a small table, and a TV unit. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances, as well as necessary kitchenware, and includes a washing machine.
