This magnificent detached house is equipped with 5 double bedrooms (accommodating up to 11 people), 4 bathrooms, and boasts many large open terraces and patio spaces. It also offers a private swimming pool, a very special feature for a house located in the city center!

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room split into two distinct areas; one with beautiful, comfortable leather sofas and a state-of-the-art 70" LED Smart TV, and a separate area with large comfortable armchairs for a cozier atmosphere near the fireplace (a real advantage for our autumn evenings and winter guests).

There is a beautiful kitchen with ample facilities for dining indoors, and the latest in modern appliances, including a double-door refrigerator in American style and an extra-wide professional oven (if you like to cook... this is your kitchen)! One of the most unique features on the ground floor is a fantastic outdoor patio for enjoying outdoor dining with direct access to the living room and kitchen, with a modern gas barbecue for outdoor grilling.

On this level, there are also two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) and a second bedroom with a bathroom just across the hallway. This is particularly attractive for guests with mobility issues or simply those who want to avoid stairs, as they can enjoy the use of almost all facilities without having to go upstairs!

On the first floor, there is an additional 3 double bedrooms. One of the rooms enjoys a large en-suite bathroom, and the other two have easy access to a second bathroom. The four bathrooms with showers offer a home, and one of the bathrooms offers a unique jungle shower and a large bathtub!

The solarium level, one of the most interesting areas of the house, consists of an extra-large rooftop terrace with its own private lounge, a heated swimming pool, and the sun. It also offers ample outdoor seating and outdoor Bluetooth speakers so you can enjoy your own music directly from your Smartphone, Iphone / Ipad, or any Bluetooth device—activate. This is one of the most special areas of this unique property located in the center!

The house is fully equipped with air conditioning and central heating to ensure the comfort of our guests at any time of year they visit! The living room also features a fireplace to create a more welcoming atmosphere during the colder months of the year!
