This magnificent detached house is equipped with 5 double bedrooms (with capacity for up to 11 people), 4 bathrooms, and enjoys many large open terraces and patio spaces. It also offers a private swimming pool, a very special feature for a house located in the city center!

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room divided into two clearly different areas; one with beautiful, comfortable leather sofas and the latest 70" LED Smart TV technology, and a separate area with large, comfortable armchairs for a cosier atmosphere near the fireplace (a true advantage for our late-autumn evenings and winter guests).

There is a beautiful kitchen with ample facilities for dining indoors, and the latest in modern appliances, including a double American-style refrigerator door and an extra-wide professional oven (if you like to cook... this is your kitchen)! One of the most unique features on the ground floor is a fantastic outdoor patio for enjoying outdoor dining, with direct access to the living room and kitchen, and a modern gas barbecue for open-air grilling.

On this floor, there are also two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) and a second bedroom with a bathroom right across the hallway. This is particularly attractive for guests with mobility issues or simply those who want to avoid stairs, as they can enjoy use of almost all facilities without needing to go upstairs!

On the first floor, there are an additional 3 double bedrooms. One of the rooms has a large en-suite bathroom, and the other two have easy access to a second bathroom. The four bathrooms have showers, and one of the bathrooms offers a unique jungle shower and a large bathtub!

The solarium level—one of the most interesting areas of the house—consists of an extra-large rooftop terrace with its own private lounge area, a heated swimming pool, and the sun. It also offers plenty of outdoor seating and outdoor Bluetooth speakers so you can enjoy your own music directly from your Smartphone, Iphone / Ipad, or any Bluetooth-enabled device. This is one of the most special areas of this unique property located in the center!

The house is fully equipped with air conditioning and central heating to ensure our guests’ comfort at any time of the year when they visit! The living room also features a fireplace to create a more welcoming atmosphere during the colder months of the year!
