This beautiful detached house with 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms located in the center of Sitges, very close to the beach, is perfect for families or larger groups. The house is decorated with care and charm, making you feel as if you were in your own home. The living room is very large and welcoming, offering plenty of comfortable space for bigger groups. Guests can enjoy a state-of-the-art 75 ' Smart TV with included streaming services. On the living-room level, there is a partially enclosed porch/terrace equipped with a gas barbecue and outdoor furniture to enjoy meals outside. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. In addition, there is a separate, spacious, well-equipped kitchen with the latest-generation appliances.

On the bedroom level, there are four double bedrooms, well laid out, two on each side of the house. There are also two additional full bathrooms on this level, both with integrated showers. In addition, there is a glass-enclosed reading gallery with a sofa bed that can accommodate a ninth person if needed. This room is very bright with natural light and is perfect for relaxing.

One of the most attractive features of this charming house is the magnificent rooftop terrace, offering 50 m2 (500 square feet) of spacious open terrace with views of the city of Sitges and natural light all day long. It is equipped with outdoor furniture for relaxing outdoors, sun loungers, and, most importantly, a private jacuzzi for use by our guests (there is a small additional charge of 75 €/stay to use the jacuzzi, necessary to cover the costs of heating and maintaining the water).

The property is equipped with centralized air conditioning and central heating. The interior living space of the house is about 130 m2, and the two terraces offer an additional 70 m2 of outdoor space.
