The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances, including a washing machine, and includes a breakfast bar with stools separating the kitchen from the living area. The living room has a large sofa bed, a small table in the centre, and a wall-mounted television. From the living room, there is access to a terrace with table and chairs overlooking the communal area.
