The apartment is spacious and bright. It is on the first floor of a building with a lift and is fully furnished and ready to move into. It comprises a living room with an open-plan kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a large balcony.

Upon entering, you are directly in front of the living room with an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances, including a washing machine. It also features a breakfast bar with stools separating the kitchen from the living area. The living room includes a large sofa bed, a small table in the centre, and a wall-mounted television. From the living room, there is access to a terrace with table and chairs, overlooking the communal area.

To the left are the bedroom and bathroom.
