Juan Grande is a small and peaceful town in the south of Gran Canaria, ideal for those seeking a residential environment away from the tourist crowds while still being well connected to the island’s main areas. The property is set in a unique location, with direct access to a natural and very quiet beach, perfect for those looking to disconnect and enjoy direct contact with the sea.

From different areas of the property, you can enjoy open ocean views, creating a pleasant sense of continuity between the interior spaces and the natural surroundings.

At the entrance of the property, there is a pleasant outdoor terrace area, ideal for placing sun loungers, relaxing by the sea, and enjoying the surroundings. The property offers approximately 80 m². On the upper floor, there is the rooftop terrace and the laundry room.

Upon entering the property, we are welcomed by a spacious and bright living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, TV unit, coffee table, and television.
