Cozy rustic finca located in Cala de Bou. Its location offers a peaceful and private setting, just a few minutes from the beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and all essential services. Cala de Bou is also known for its proximity to San Antonio Bay and its spectacular sunsets.

The property preserves the traditional charm of Ibizan architecture, with rustic details and a pleasant fireplace in the living room that creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. Main access is through the kitchen, which connects directly to the living-dining room, creating a comfortable and functional space for daily living.

The house has two bedrooms, both with independent exterior access, ensuring greater privacy for its occupants. The main bedroom features a double bed and built-in wooden wardrobes; additionally, the layout can be adapted to include two single beds depending on needs. The second bedroom has a single bed and also direct access to the outside.

The property includes a full bathroom with a bathtub. The living room also features two sofa beds, allowing a maximum capacity of up to 6 people.

From the living room there is direct access to the outdoor area, where the property offers a huge garden surrounded by greenery, ideal for enjoying the tranquility, Mediterranean climate, and outdoor spaces.

The finca does not have private parking within the plot. However, right in front of the property there is a large unpaved parking area with plenty of space for numerous vehicles, making access easy for workers and visitors.

Rental conditions

The property is rented to tenants with an employment contract or proven financial solvency. Electricity and water costs are paid separately. There is currently no Wi-Fi, but it will be installed.

To move in, the following amount must be paid: 4 monthly payments consisting of 1 month’s rent, 2 months’ security deposit, and 1 month’s agency fee (+ VAT).

The property is delivered fully furnished and equipped.
