It is a ground floor and consists of 2 bedrooms (one of them is considerably larger than the other), a full bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and its own private interior patio.

Both the living room and the bedroom face the outside, while the rest of the home faces the interior patio.

Tenant (lessee) expenses, payable by the tenant, not included in the rent:
- Legal deposit: one monthly payment for housing or two monthly payments for other properties.
- Rent review: the I.N.E. will publish the I.R.A.V. (Housing Rental Reference Index) monthly. The review will be annual in accordance with the applicable official index.
- Payment method and frequency: monthly.
- Utilities: they may be changed to a new account holder, depending on conditions and the final agreement with the owner. For estimation purposes, the latest bills for the same utilities will be used as reference. These costs will be the charges derived from the water, electricity, natural gas and/or butane gas bills (current price of the gas canister).

Agency fees:
- Fees of the landlord’s agency (owner): included in the prior service assignment with the landlord.
- Fees of the agency to the tenant (lessee):
- For habitual residence: 0 €, the real estate management and contract formalization expenses will be paid by the landlord.
- For use other than as habitual residence: 1 monthly payment.

Deductions for tenants (Andalusia), indicative: 15% with a cap of 600 € (900 € with disability) for valid tax years prior to 2026, subject to age/income requirements and other conditions.
