Upon moving in, the following amount must be paid: 3 months' rent: 1 month's rent, 1 month's security deposit, and 1 month's agency fee (plus VAT).

The property is delivered fully furnished and equipped.

To schedule a rental viewing, the following information must be provided:

- Who would be living in the property? Number of adults and children, if applicable.
- Do you have pets? If so, how many and what kind?
- Employment details for each adult.
- Approximate monthly income plus supporting documentation.
