Looking for commercial premises where much of the work has already been done?

This former gourmet food store in Les Corts retains its preparation workshop, cold rooms, storage areas and a fully equipped retail space ready to adapt to your next business venture.

Some commercial premises require a complete refurbishment before a business can begin. Others retain much of the investment already made.

This property on Gran Via de Carles III, in the heart of Les Corts, is ready for you to move in and get started.

For many years it was a well-known gourmet food store in the neighbourhood. Today it offers a rare opportunity: a professional layout already in place, including a retail area, preparation space, storage rooms, cold rooms, restroom facilities and clearly differentiated work areas.

What you'll find:

Wide frontage with excellent visibility.
Fully fitted retail area.
Refrigerated display counters installed.
Custom-made wooden commercial furniture.
Cold room and storage facilities.
Preparation area with stainless steel work surfaces.
Infrastructure suitable for food-related businesses.
Restroom.
Air conditioning.
Functional layout separating customer service and work areas.

Ideal for:

Delicatessen.
Butcher's shop.
Gourmet food store.
Specialty cheese shop.
Local food retailer.
Catering and food preparation business.
Production workshop with retail sales.
Businesses requiring refrigerated storage.
Commercial projects looking to benefit from existing facilities.

An excellent location

Located on one of the main avenues of Les Corts, surrounded by residential buildings, established businesses, offices, schools and services. An area with constant pedestrian traffic and excellent connections to the rest of Barcelona.

The previous activity has left behind a foundation that is difficult to find today: technical areas, cold rooms, storage spaces and a layout designed for efficient day-to-day operations.

It can continue as a food-related business or become the starting point for a completely new project that takes advantage of the investment already made.

If you are looking for premises where you can start working from day one, it is well worth a visit.
