Ultra Aspire is an international real estate and hotel brokerage specialising in exceptional residential, commercial and hospitality assets across Mallorca, the Balearic Islands and selected international markets.

Founded in the UK in 2014 and now based in Mallorca, Ultra Aspire advises private clients, investors, family offices, developers and hospitality groups on the acquisition, disposal and sourcing of high-quality real estate opportunities.

Our approach is built on discretion, professionalism and long-term relationships. We work with a select number of clients and opportunities, enabling us to provide a highly personal service and direct access to decision-makers throughout the transaction process.

Experience That Matters

Ultra Aspire was founded by Gavin and Shereen Powis.
Gavin is a UK-qualified property lawyer with almost two decades of experience in real estate, legal and commercial transactions. His background includes advising on complex property matters, investment opportunities and corporate transactions within the real estate sector.
Shereen brings extensive experience in client service, business development and luxury markets, having previously founded and managed a successful high-end retail business in the United Kingdom.
Together, they combine legal, commercial and client-focused expertise to deliver a professional and trusted service to buyers, sellers and investors.
