The home is located in an agricultural area of Lomo Machín, Barlovento, 4 minutes by car from the natural pools of La Fajana. If you depend on public transport, this property is probably not for you.

Layout and amenities.

The property was originally a single-family detached house and is now divided into two independent homes, each with its own access.

Upon entering, you will find a hallway:

To the right, the kitchen with a hob, refrigerator, oven, and washing machine. A second door leads directly to the garden.
Opposite the kitchen, a separate room that can be used as a living room.
At the end of the hallway, the bathroom is on the left and the bedroom is on the right, facing the plot.

It has an electric water heater and some furniture. Ask us which items are included if this is important to you.

Garden and vegetable patch.

You will have a garden in front of the home where you can grow flowers, aromatic plants, or vegetables, create a relaxation area, or set up a sunbathing area. Whatever you plant and harvest will be yours.

Other tenants will live in the other home. Rules will be established to respect quiet hours and the assigned spaces. If the neighbors have children or animals, they may occasionally pass through some outdoor areas. We seek a respectful living arrangement.

This is a rural area: you will not have all services within walking distance, but you will have space to look after your garden and live surrounded by nature.

Important information.

Does it have fiber-optic internet?
No. Mobile coverage works well, and the neighbors use mobile internet to work, watch television, or access platforms such as Netflix. If you need fiber-optic internet, this home is not for you.

Are pets allowed?
Each case will be considered individually.

Price?
€690 per month, including one covered parking space. If available, you can rent an additional storage room for €50 per month.

Electricity, water, and waste collection are the tenant’s responsibility. Property tax is the owner’s responsibility.

Rental conditions.

Security deposit: one month’s rent.
Additional guarantees may be requested.
Minimum household income: €2,070 per month (three times the rent).
Financial solvency must be verified before the viewing. Income that cannot be substantiated will not be accepted.
