The owner is looking for good, reliable renters, therefore will request for the rental payment insurance the following for all adults who will be renting:
Work contract or proof of pension.
If working, last tax return and last 3 wage slips.
Please note, on a rental value of 700 euros a month, the net income of the renters will have to be a minimum of 1.750 euros a month.
A copy of all the renters ID cards.

If you are not a Spanish resident, the insurance company will cover you, therefore you will need to pay 12 months rental in advance.

If you would like to rent the property after viewing it, your documentation will be sent to ARAG SE, the company who do the insurance for non-payment of rental, to see if you pass the scoring. If you pass, only then will be a contract made.

Other terms:
The renter will pay the electric and water bills, internet, and rubbish tax.
The renter will pay 1 months security deposit, that will be returned at the end of the rental period, should the apartment be in the same condition as when it was rented, and no debts of utility bills found.
