The property has been developed to take full advantage of the rental potential whilst still maintaining some privacy. It is equipped with a 40KW generator and two fresh water tanks holding around 150,000 litres of water. Electricity is mains supplied whilst waste water goes into a number of separate septic tanks. There is also solar heating which is currently only used to heat the pool.
