Casa Patzu, A unique picturesque finca just on the outskirts of Alhaurin el Grande. It is located on a quiet dead end street and is walking distance from shops and bars.

It was originally built around 1900 and totally renovated in 1994. It has a nice living / dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, sunroom and a separate guest toilet. From the terrace and out of the sunroom / conservatory you have breathtaking views into the valley.

When you enter the house, you have the guest toilet to the left and the master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom with shower, to the right you have a few steps up into the fully fitted kitchen. From the kitchen you go into the dining / living room where you can access the covered terrace / conservatory (a few steps lower) and to the left of the room you will find the other bedroom and bathroom. The sunroom, which has a fireplace and is enclosed with glass curtains with amazing views, you can enjoy the sunsets from here, you can also access the terrace and pool area from here, which is 6x3,2mts.

The terrace has different levels. The whole garden is very well maintained and lots of nice sitting corners and private places. A lot of thought and dedication has been put into the garden to make it special. There is parking outside the property and also there is a side gate for a car. Alhaurin el Grande is only a few minutes drive away, the beach and Malaga airport around 20 minutes.
