This charming apartment is located on the same maritime avenue of Playa de Arinaga, just a few meters from the beach. This apartment is located on the first floor with an elevator, in a very quiet community.

Close to all amenities: supermarkets, commercial premises, restaurants, sports centers, medical centers, and public transport service. Just 10 minutes by car from the GC-1 Motorway, which connects with the airport and the rest of the island.

The apartment is distributed between a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. It is very modern, and also bright thanks to its large windows with views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Upon entering the property, we find the living room. This room is spacious and bright, furnished with a chaise longue sofa bed and a unit with drawers and shelves for the television. Next to the living room, in one corner, is the fully furnished and equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances (ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, etc.). In front of the window, to enjoy the best views while you eat, is the dining area.

Facing the interior, we find the two bedrooms and the bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a large corner walk-in closet.

The second bedroom also has a double bed, another corner walk-in closet, a chest of drawers, and a wall-mounted television. Although the bedrooms are interior-facing, they have plenty of natural light.

The bathroom is modern and equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower tray. The washing machine is also located there.

The neighborhood offers easy parking options. Pets are not allowed.

The monthly rent is €1,500.00. Internet service is included. Water and electricity expenses are included (limit of €50 per month total).
