Rented to people with permanent employment with payslips or demonstrable solvency.

To move in, the amount of 2.5 monthly payments must be paid, corresponding to 1 month’s rent, 1 month legal deposit, and half a month agency fee (+ VAT).

Water, electricity and wifi are paid separately.

To arrange a visit, please provide the following information in writing: who will live in the apartment, number of adults, children, pets (how many and what type), and what job you have (permanent contract with payslips or self-employed). We need this information for the owner to approve a viewing.
