The apartment is on the second floor with elevator and consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living-dining room with direct access to the terrace. From both bedrooms there is access to another terrace. Very central, a few minutes walk from the old town of Ibiza. All amenities, such as supermarkets and shops, are nearby. Bus and taxi stops almost at the door. Ideal for families with children.
Rented to people with salaried work or demonstrable solvency. To move in, you must pay 3 months’ amount corresponding to: 1 month rent, 1 month legal deposit, and (1 month agency + VAT). Water, electricity, and WIFI are paid separately.
