The dwelling is currently in the final preparation phase. The available photographs show the general state of the property, but do not yet reflect the decoration or definitive conditioning; updated images will be added as soon as they are ready.
In the area known as La Barrera, on the hillside facing the Guriete viewpoint, this old large estate is located, today without agricultural activity, composed of several traditional buildings. At one end of the property, next to the edge of the Tirajana ravine, lies this house and, adjoined to it, another dwelling also rehabilitated and currently inhabited by a tenant. Despite this proximity, the surroundings maintain a very sparsely populated character, with minimal traffic and a discreet location even within the municipality itself.
The dwelling, built in 1980 and completely renovated, has electricity via solar panels and spring water. It preserves the essence of rural architecture, adapted to modern, comfortable use.
Access is from Aldea Blanca along a dirt track inland of the island. The journey lasts approximately 35 minutes and requires a 4x4 vehicle, as the road is unpaved and presents demanding sections.
On the main facade there is a terrace with a countertop and a fixed barbecue, where a pergola is planned to be installed. At the rear, another terrace offers wide views of the Tirajana caldera, an exceptional landscape enjoyed in complete silence and in direct contact with the mountain.
For hikers or mountain sports enthusiasts, the location is especially attractive: the house is situated in one of the most singular environments of the Amurga massif, with immediate access to trails and traditional slopes of the ravine.
The interior is organized into a spacious living-dining-kitchen area, bright and practical. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, and microwave-grill. A dining table with chairs defines this space. The living room includes a chaise longue sofa, television, and air conditioning.
The main bedroom has a double bed (150 × 190 cm), ceiling fan, and sliding doors with access to the rear terrace. The second bedroom, smaller, has a bunk bed, with the possibility of replacing it with a single bed.
The bathroom is complete, with a shower cubicle, toilet, and sink. Around the house there are small planters and parking space for several vehicles. The granite floor has been recently polished.
The dwelling will be available approximately from February 1. Pets are allowed.
To reserve, two monthly payments are required: a security deposit and the first month’s rent (for seasonal rentals, real estate fees are added).
For its features, it is an ideal place for tenants seeking tranquility, nature, and a setting with very few people, whether as a primary residence or as a retreat to disconnect on weekends. A maximum of 5 people may stay in the dwelling.
