It is located in one of the most emblematic and sought-after areas in the south of the island. Playa del Inglés offers a vibrant, comfortable environment full of life.

The property is located on the first floor of a well-maintained building without a lift, mainly occupied by residents.

The property is distributed as follows:
Upon entering, we are welcomed by a hall that leads to two rooms: straight ahead is the bedroom and, to the left, the bathroom.
The bathroom is very spacious and features a window facing outside, allowing natural light and ventilation. It is equipped with a toilet, bidet, vanity unit with washbasin, a square-format shower with screen, as well as a washing machine and water heater.

The bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a bedside table, and a built-in wardrobe. The room also has a window to the exterior.
From the hall, to the right, we access the heart of the property: a fantastic space dedicated to the kitchen and living room. It is a spacious and bright area with direct access to a wonderful and generous terrace.

The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped. It includes a fridge with freezer, microwave, and a four-burner ceramic hob, as well as storage space. It also features a small breakfast bar with space for one or two stools.

The living room is furnished with a three-seater sofa, coffee table, dining table with four chairs, and a wall-mounted television.

The terrace is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, as well as a storage cupboard. It faces the interior of the complex and offers views of the swimming pool.
