As you enter the plot, you are welcomed by the spectacular terrace. Directly in front, there is a garden seating area with tables and armchairs, followed by a sunbathing area equipped with loungers and a small parasol. To the right, there is a spacious outdoor dining area covered by a pergola and set beside a lemon tree.
