Parking is on a communal historic era and the property has a lovely grapevine covered dining/BBQ area in front of the house. There are two entrances. One to the kitchen and the other to the sitting, indoor dining room. The owner cut through the thick stone walls to incorporate the kitchen with the dining room so you can more easily move from one room to the next. Just off the dining section of the room is one of the bathrooms. The sitting room section has a wood burning stove with oven for winter nights. There are two large bedrooms on this level. The original decorative floor is one bedroom is truly beautiful and the house has a lot of charm.

Upstairs are a further four bedrooms, one of which is a fairly small room but with space for a double bed but not a wardrobe as well and the final bathroom.

Outside is a large garage/workshop which we think could be made into an apartment either for additional rental or as living quarters for the owner.

Access to the property is via a natural track that crosses the river. We had no issues getting to this property and guests also say they don´t have access problems.

There are excellent walking routes, cycling routes here and only 11km away is a wonderful restaurant. The historic town of Montefrio is only 13 minutes drive and Huetor around 12 minutes drive. Malaga airport at 1 hour 15 minutes and Granada airport at only 36 minutes.
