This charming bungalow is in a popular complex in Campo Internacional, Maspalomas, surrounded by greenery and located close to the golf course and the famous Maspalomas Dunes. The area offers a peaceful setting while remaining within easy reach of beaches, restaurants, shops and all the amenities of Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés. The complex also features a communal swimming pool and a communal car park with a barrier and a remote.

The property is accessed through a private terrace, offering a pleasant outdoor space with room for sun loungers and a seating area. The terrace enjoys afternoon sunshine and has an awning providing shade when needed.

Through the glass entrance door, we enter the bright living room, featuring large windows that allow plenty of natural light. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a wall-mounted television and air conditioning.

Further inside, the kitchen is located on the left and the bathroom on the right. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and basic kitchenware, including pots and plates.

The spacious bathroom features a shower and toilet with a support rail for people with reduced mobility. It also includes a washing machine and hot water tank.

At the rear of the bungalow is the bedroom, furnished with two single beds that can be joined together to create a double bed. It also features a large wardrobe with storage space for clothing, bed linen and towels. A second air-conditioning unit is installed in this room. There is also a separate entrance to the property from this area.

Price: €1,500 per month. Water and electricity included up to a combined maximum of €100 per month. Any excess consumption is payable separately. Fibre-optic internet is included.

Conditions: Proof of financial solvency is required, together with one month's rent as a security deposit and payment of the current month's rent.
