Proof of financial solvency is required, together with a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent and payment of the current month's rent.

Strictly temporary rental. Tenants must have a valid reason for requiring temporary accommodation, which must be properly justified and supported by documentary evidence. This reason must be expressly stated in the rental contract.
