There are two modern bathrooms, both with walk-in showers.

The living room consists of two areas: a dining area for six people, and a comfortable lounge area with a modern L-shaped sofa (which can be converted into a sofa bed) and an 85-inch television with air conditioning. Adjacent to the living room is a small 6 m² balcony, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the crockery, utensils, and kitchenware needed for cooking, as well as all major appliances: washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and even a small wine cooler. It also includes a practical dining area with stools next to the ceramic hob.

On the rooftop, there is a solarium ideal for sunbathing and enjoying spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean.

In addition, the building offers a private parking area exclusively for residents.

Pets are not allowed.
