Located near the main entrance, the bathroom features a shower and a window for ventilation.

The apartment's location is excellent: just a couple of minutes from the beach and Kasbah, and a 10-minute walk to Yumbo. You'll find numerous shops, restaurants, bus stops, and other services nearby. Despite being in the heart of Playa del Inglés, the apartment's positioning ensures peace and quiet. The private terrace enjoys the morning sun and includes a washing machine in the outside cupboard.
