The property is located in the rural setting of Caserío La Montaña, in the upper part of the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana. It is, however, very close to the town of Santa Lucía de Tirajana and its Rosiana neighbourhood, a spot where the mountains and natural landscape take centre stage. Surrounded by nature and offering lovely views, it provides the peace and sense of escape people seek when getting away from busier areas, while not being completely isolated, as there are a few neighbours nearby.
Vecindario and the coast are about a 40-minute drive away.

With approximately 60 square metres of built area, the house retains a distinct rustic character, with wood-clad ceilings and some old exposed stone walls that give it personality. The interior is arranged as an open-plan space where the living room and kitchen share one room (which has air conditioning). The traditional-style kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave and fridge. There is also a bedroom with a 1.50 x 1.90 m double bed and a spacious full bathroom with a shower tray.
Outside, a partially covered terrace of around 100 square metres considerably extends the living space and offers the chance to enjoy the island’s climate outdoors. The area features a removable swimming pool, built-in barbecue, hammocks, dining area and outdoor sofa, all complemented by beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding landscape.

The property is directly accessible by car via a paved road; only the final 200 m are unpaved. Parking is available in front of the house.
