The location is very convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from the Yumbo Shopping Center or the Dunas Viewpoint, and just a few minutes from the Cita Center. The beach is only a 15-minute walk away. Additionally, all the services you might need are right at the building's doorstep: shops, restaurants, bus stops, and more.

Upon entering the apartment, you will find the bedroom on your left. It features two single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed. The bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and a desk with a computer monitor. It is a bright space, thanks to windows that allow natural light and ventilation.

Continuing down the hallway, you will find the bathroom, which is equipped with a spacious shower and a washing machine.

At the end of the hallway is the kitchen-living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large fridge-freezer, a normal sized stovetop, a mini oven, and a microwave. The living room is spacious, bright, and has access to a fantastic, large terrace. This area also features a large smart TV and an air conditioning unit.
